Hi, I'm Emma and I'm an Exercise Physiologist and avid Reformer Pilates enthusiast. I was born and raised on the Central Coast, but I love travelling and discovering new activities. My go-to is exploring the islands of Thailand, including rock climbing, abseiling and scuba diving the coral reefs. Back at home however, my favourite ways to move my body include weight training, reformer Pilates and pole fitness dancing. I'm always looking at fun ways to exercise and love to help people find their favourite way to move as well, because no one should see exercise as a chore!
