Meet your Hip Physio, John Kelly
How did I get here?
My journey into the world of physiotherapy started with a personal experience that deeply connected me to the subject. I myself suffered a hip injury in an ice skating accident, which led to a long and challenging recovery process. This firsthand experience not only gave me empathy for those going through similar struggles but also fueled my determination to become an expert in hip care.
Outside of Physiotherapy
In addition to my professional background, I have a personal interest in elite obstacle course racing, triathlons, and overall fitness. These pursuits have provided me with unique insights into the demands placed on the hip joint during rigorous physical activity. I understand the importance of optimal hip function in athletic performance and daily life.
Hip problems I can help with
