ou’ll know us as “Your Family Fitness Physio” – and we are – but why?

Well, we believe that everybody needs to be fit and healthy. This doesn’t mean we all need to run marathons or do bootcamp or throw around huge weights (although we are happy to help you do these things better!).

No, we reckon you want to be fit enough to enjoy what makes your life better, no matter where you currently are on the fitness spectrum.

There is an ocean of information and mis-information out there – on Facebook and Instagram – but we can save you time sorting the BS from the gold.

If you are currently fit we offer

  • cutting edge knowledge and methods of improving any aspect of fitness
  • treatments that speed the healing of any overworked or strained tissues (e.g. K-Laser)
  • treatments that maintain your muscle mass while you are immobilized (e.g. BFR while you recover from a fracture means reduced atrophy – you get to keep your muscle!)
  • program updates to kick start or turbo boost your workouts
  • a team of Physios who have previous degrees in Exercise& Sports Science and Exercise Physiologists who live and breath fitness

If you want to achieve better fitness we can provide

  • exercise advice and guidance for beginners and people affected by a wide variety of conditions: from Arthritis to Bursitis to COPD to Diabetes – and on through the rest of the alphabet of chronic and acute conditions, for whom special approaches are required
  • advice on equipment for your home gym, on any budget – how to get best bag-for-your-buck and not waste time, space and money on ineffective equipment
  • recommendations for how to make the most of the gym you are joining (we know all the local ones and lots of others around the Central Coast)
