Darren Stuchbery

Hi, I’m Darren. After studying and teaching PhysEd for 4yrs+4yrs, I spent 4 years travelling, mostly living in London, working in Fitness and working a year as a Physio Aide at Charing Cross Hospital. I returned to study Physio at Sydney Uni and then worked in Physio roles exclusively located in gyms in Sydney’s Northern suburbs. My journey as a business owner started in 2007 with a one-man Physio/ExPhys show in Gosford and it has been a great joy to see the 6S PHYSIO team grow, in every sense. I remain very interested in exercise as a means of improving anyone’s health status. To quote Albert Einstein: “Nothing changes until something moves”.
